What is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00.

Do you have luggage storage?

Yes, we can store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes. Choose optional add-ons in the booking form to customize your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

14+ days: free. 7–13 days: 30%. 4–6 days: 50%. 0–3 days or no-show: 100%.

What are the house rules?

Quiet hours after 22:00. No smoking indoors. Pets by prior approval (caged animals only).

These policies apply to all stays and event bookings at Jasper House.

Privacy policy

We collect the information you submit when you make a booking inquiry or contact us (name, email, phone, booking details, message) as well as technical data such as IP hash. Payment details are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

We use your information to manage bookings and inquiries, communicate with you, improve services, and protect against fraud and abuse.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service (payment processors, email delivery, and hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Marketing emails: booking inquiries are opted-in by default until you opt out via the unsubscribe link. Contact messages do not opt-in to marketing.

Cancellation / refund policy

14 or more days before arrival: free cancellation.

7–13 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking fee.

4–6 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking fee.

0–3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking fee.

Date changes are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Terms & house rules

Check-in is from 14:00–22:00. Check-out is by 11:00.

Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Please be considerate of neighbors and nature.

No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking only in designated areas.

Pets are only allowed with prior approval and must be caged.

No parties or unregistered overnight guests. Guests are responsible for damages.
